Privacy policy

1. General privacy policy

These privacy policy terms apply to the use of Clients and other products developed by LEGIT d.o.o. (360Clash or “we” or “us” or “provider”). All services from the platform 360Clash, are in line with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2) and based on international codex along with recommendations from GZS, and are performed by legal entity LEGIT d.o.o., registration number 7140053000, Brnčičeva ulica 13, 1000 Ljubljana – Črnuče, Slovenia, VAT number SI52069869 with entry number in the register SRG2016/39005 (in the document referred to as the “provider”).

1.1 Personal data of our users is one of the areas where we pay special attention. We make sure that every demand is met, and in some cases even exceeded since the security of your private information is our number one priority.

The administrator of the online store/website is obliged to protect the personal information of its users in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1-UPB1).

The provider may collect the following user data for the needs of the platform (some information is used only when signed up or logged):
– name and surname,
– address,
– email address,
– username
– contact telephone number,
– password in encrypted form,
– social channel links like Instagram, Discord, Twitter…,
– date of birth
– IP address,
– Type of browser used,
– Geolocation
– Identifiers associated with your devices,
– and other data the user enters into forms on the website

Additionally, you can connect other platform accounts (Steam, Riot Games, Epic games…) to the 360Clash account where in the process of connecting accounts you may have to accept their platform terms and privacy policies.

Additionally, some tournaments may require you to connect your game ID to your 360Clash platform account.

1.2 Information you can generate while using 360Clash
While competing in tournaments your account may generate:
– match history,
– team history,
– organizer history,
– match results,
– event logs,
– chat logs,
– statistical information connected to your account,
– your account history log.

The information generated by your account cannot be deleted but can be anonymized via request.

The provider is not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information.

1.3 Cookies and analytics
To ensure website safety provider collects IP addresses, from which users access the website. At the beginning of the visit, every user is assigned a session cookie to identify and monitor visited pages. A session cookie is required for the platform to run at the user’s end. The website may also store other cookies on your computer, like user identification numbers in encrypted form (to identify the user on the next visit) and Plausible Open Source self-hosted system cookies (analysis of visits of websites, hosted on our servers).

Information, except cookies, is saved permanently on the server. Session cookies are saved on the server only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity. Permanent cookies are stored on the visitors’ computers.

1.4 Additional cookie act
The Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the RS No. 109/2012), ZEKom-1, introduced into the legal system new rules regarding the use of cookies and similar technologies for storing information or accessing information stored on a user’s computer or mobile device.

The privacy of our users is very important to us, so we strive to provide users with all of the information about the cookies we use on our website to enable better website performance and a more enjoyable user experience.

We will carefully protect any obtained information and data and exclusively use them for the needs of providing services.

About cookies
All internet users already have many cookies from various websites stored on their computers, tablets, or mobile phones. What is new is that with the new legislation (ZEKom-1) there are changes in informing and getting the consent of visitors for their use.

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that most websites save to devices used to access the internet, in order to recognize individual devices that users used to access them. Their storage is under full control of the user’s browser. Users can limit or disable the storage of cookies. Cookies are not harmful and are always time-limited.

Why cookies are needed?
They are fundamental to providing user-friendly online services. The interaction between the web user and the website is faster and easier with the help of cookies. With their help, the site remembers the individual’s preferences and experiences, thus saving time and making browsing the sites more efficient and user-friendly.

Some concrete examples of the use of cookies:

– adjusting the content displayed according to past visits for better user experience,
– to save a selection when creating a wishlist, offers, building a product and their comparisons,
– to keep you registered on parts of the website, where registration is required,
– to recognize your device (computer, tablet, mobile), which allows the website
– to change how the content is displayed on your device,
– to track traffic, which allows checking the performance of the content,
– some cookies are necessary for the operation of certain services (online bank, webshop, other forms of e-commerce, …),
– easier and faster shipping and saving contents of the basket.

Third-party cookies
Please note, that if you use our third-party features, such as Google Login, you will load cookies from that third party in order for the features to work.

How additional cookies are generated
Cookies are created when a user of the website uses the account options (by clicking on the “Login” or “Register” button) or adds products to the cart (by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button). These cookies are necessary for the technical functionality of the website. The user accepts these cookies by clicking on the button. You are accepting third-party cookies (required for technical functionality) by clicking on third-party links/buttons (for example: pay with Paypal or “Google” Login button). We offer only secured and trusted third-party solutions.

Disabling cookies
You decide whether or not you will allow cookies to be stored on your device. You can control and change cookie settings in your selected web browser.

1.5 Public information and information that can be accessed by verified Organizers

In order for the platform to work we are displaying some information to the public:
– username,
– your teams,
– your matches,
– match statistics,
– platform behavior,
– your 360Clash profile,
– status of your account,
– violations (banned account, unfair behavior, abusing…),
– if added your social networks,
– if added your third-party connection to the platform (Steam, Epic Games, Riot Games…),
– if added game GUID/ID/username
– history log of your account (joined teams, matches, wins,…),
– other information that may be entered in the forms that cleary say’s that information will be seen by the public.

We will NEVER display publicly your:
– email,
– password,
– login details for third-party providers like (Google, Steam, Epic Games, Riot Games,…).

1.6 Advertisement
Our advertising partners can access the targeting advertisement but can’t get personal information. Targeting advertisements means that we can target ads for users’ interest in a specific game, category, product, etc.

We are using the internal self-hosted system to deliver ads.

1.7. Data sharing
We will share data only with the third parties mentioned in the terms or privacy policy. Additionally, we might share or transfer data in case of a merger or acquisition. If a merger or acquisition happens we will notify you via email. Some information may be shared or disclosed via government bodies and law enforcement in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings in order to establish or defend our legal rights. We may also disclose your personal information to third parties in order to enforce or apply to the terms of agreements of investigation of potential breaches or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our staff, our customers, or others involved.

1.8 Payments
We use third-party providers to process payments and when using payment solutions you also have to accept their terms and conditions and privacy terms.

With organizers, we share if payment was successful.

1.9 Other
After your sign-up, we might send your emails regarding platform changes, updates, and tournaments. You can unsubscribe from receiving this email. We will always send crucial emails that are needed for your account to work (lost password, reactivation of account…).

When entering live chats keep in mind that we are saving chat history on our servers. Chat history is saved for max 6 months but can be deleted in any period from the point when there is no activity in the chat to 6 months.

We may collect some data from publicly available information across the internet or APIs.

When applying for organizers we will collect and store all provided information about your organization/company and will not be deleted. The organization is obligated to report all changes in the company or organization details such as (address, name change, VAT change, ID change, owner changes,…) that will be added or changed to the currently collected information.

When filling out a contact or another type of form forms to get in touch with us we collect all provided data so we can answer or process your questions.

All data is stored in EU servers.

2.0 Request to anonymize/delete your data and unsubscription from emails.

Users can always unsubscribe from receiving electronic marketing messages. The unsubscription option will be clearly visible in the footer of every received email (»Unsubscribe«). By clicking on the link user will be unsubscribed from receiving any additional electronic marketing messages. Due to the nature of the functionality of the website, the user will always receive an email in case of a request for a forgotten password. Users can demand the deletion/anonymization of all information saved on the provider’s server linked to the sender’s email by sending a DELETE MY INFORMATION AT 360Clash email to [email protected]. Due to the nature of the functionality of the website, we reserve the right to remove all user data (email name/nickname) and replace them with an automatically generated email address and name, that have no connection to the original data.

2.1 Request a copy of your personal data

You have the right to request your personal data. Please send us an email to [email protected] to start the process of data delivery.

2.2 Data retention and children

We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not use our services to market to children under 13 years old. Our terms of use prohibit users under 13 years to use our services. If you think we have data about a child under 13 years old please let contact us at [email protected]

3.0 Additional information

All comments and questions regarding our terms and privacy policy should be directed to our support email [email protected]. We will do our best to answer all questions in 5 working days. Privacy policy and terms can be modified or changed at any time, without advance notice.
